No noninferiority or multiplicity reanalysis performed.\n\nFindings: At about 57 months follow-up, node-positive IDFS HR was 0.97 (95% CI 0.71–1.32; n 1658); overall HR 0.98 (0.72–1.32; n 1846). Three-year IDFS was 93.1% with AC-KP and 94.2% with AC-THP. Eighteen-cycle completion was 65.0% versus 88.4%; grade≥3 AEs 51.8% versus 55.4%. Global-health deterioration favored KP, HR 0.71 (0.62–0.80).
