No imputation/model reproduction performed.\n\nFindings: pCR, defined ypT0/is and ypN0, was 65% with pertuzumab versus 41% without (adjusted OR 2.91; 95% CI 2.20–3.94). At median 6-year follow-up, five-year BCSS was 98% versus 95% (adjusted HR 0.58; 0.36–0.95). Grade was missing in 2% versus 12%. Availability was restricted to 37 TRAIN-2-participating hospitals.
